Michael Noding the owner has a Fantastic eye for detail and while using a G.C. is never inexpensive, I don't feel like they were out to nickel and dime us.They made several adjustments or fixed little things for no extra charge- stuff that you don't see until your walls are open,you know? When planning any renovation, there are many decisions to make...overall design, cabinets, appliances, flooring, etc., but the most important decision you make will be the people and the company you choose to work with. This company will be performing major surgery on your home not to mention their people will become temporary daytime inhabitants. This is a decision that is probably not wise to make on price alone.
We receive too many calls form people who unfortunately hired the lowest priced contractor who either performed poor quality work or failed to complete the project. Now these customers are in a position of trying to find another contractor to take on such a project and will have to pay twice for some of the work.
